1. About us
This website is operated by Pembrokeshire Research Solutions, a UK-based research-products supplier in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Contact: pembrokeshirepeptides@hotmail.com or WhatsApp via the contact link on this website.
Important: UK distance-selling rules generally require a full geographic business address to be made available before an order is placed. Add the complete trading address to this section before relying on these terms.
2. Customer eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You must purchase only for legitimate laboratory or research purposes.
- You must have suitable knowledge, facilities, controls and competence to receive, store, handle and use the products safely and lawfully.
- You must not purchase for personal, household, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, veterinary or recreational use.
3. Prohibited use
You must not administer, apply, ingest, inject, inhale, implant or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal. You must not use a product to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition. You must not re-label, repackage or resell a product for human or veterinary use, or make medical or therapeutic claims about it.
4. Orders and our right to refuse
An order request is not accepted until we expressly confirm it. We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect unlawful, unsafe, misleading or non-research use; where the customer requests dosing or administration guidance; where identity or age cannot be reasonably established; where stock is unavailable; or where payment or delivery information is incomplete.
5. Product information and analytical reports
Product descriptions, analytical reports and certificates relate only to the samples, batches and methods identified in the relevant documentation. They do not establish medical approval, sterility, safety for administration, fitness for human or veterinary use, or suitability for any particular experiment. Images may be illustrative and packaging may vary.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Check the product identity, batch, condition and documentation immediately on receipt.
- Follow the stated storage conditions and maintain appropriate laboratory records.
- Carry out an appropriate risk assessment before handling.
- Use suitable PPE, containment, disposal arrangements and trained personnel.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, licences and institutional requirements applying to your work.
- Do not rely on website articles or customer-service messages as medical, veterinary, legal or professional laboratory advice.
7. Prices and payment
Prices and delivery charges shown at checkout apply at the time of ordering. Payment instructions are provided through the confirmed order process. You must use the stated order reference. We may withhold dispatch until cleared payment is received.
8. Delivery, inspection and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied or on collection. You must inspect the package promptly and notify us without unreasonable delay of damage, shortage or an incorrect item, retaining the packaging and evidence.
9. Cancellation and returns
Consumer cancellation rights may apply to distance purchases, subject to statutory exceptions. Products that are sealed for health protection, contamination control or safety reasons may lose the cancellation right after the seal is broken where the law permits. Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or damaged goods. See our Delivery & Returns Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by prohibited use, improper storage, unauthorised administration, modification, re-labelling, resale, failure to follow supplied information, or use outside a controlled research setting.
11. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, graphics and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
12. Privacy
Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Order confirmation records may include the date and time at which the research-use declaration was accepted.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to them.
14. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The version displayed when an order is accepted will apply to that order.
